The pomegranate peeling machine is designed for efficient and damage-free separation of pomegranate seeds from the peel. Its main components include the transmission system, peeling device, crushing system, and machine frame.

How It Works:

Feeding: Place pomegranates into the feed hopper manually or via a conveyor belt. The machine then presses the fruit to prepare it for processing.

Crushing: The pomegranates enter the lower crushing device, where they undergo a second stage of crushing, breaking the fruit into smaller pieces.

Seed and Peel Separation: The small pomegranate pieces move to the roller system. Combined with the rotary screen and separation shaft, the peel and seeds are efficiently separated through controlled rotation and the separating device.

Discharge: After peeling, the system pushes the pomegranate peel out of the machine, while the peeled pomegranate pieces (seeds/arils) are discharged through the lower outlet via screen vibration.
