▶ Working Principle

The washer operates on a combined mechanism of high-pressure spraying + heat + detergent. The typical process is as follows:

Loading – The operator pushes the dirty trolley onto the loading position. The machine flips and fixes the bin (180° inversion) or moves it into the sealed washing chamber.

Spray cleaning – High-pressure hot water (approx. 80°C) is sprayed through rotating nozzles from multiple angles, thoroughly cleaning both the interior and exterior surfaces of the bin.

Detergent action – Automatic dosing pumps add detergent to the hot water, softening and removing grease, protein residues, and dirt.

Multi-stage washing – Most machines offer two-stage cleaning: hot detergent wash followed by fresh hot water rinse.

Unloading – After the cycle, the bin automatically returns to its upright position, ready for removal. The entire process is controlled with one button.
