Egg Tray Washing Machine

Egg tray washing machine is a good helper to save labor cost. The whole body material is SUS304 which is durable and stable, meets the food hygiene requirement.
There are three washing sections: the first and second is hot water( design the electric heat pipes in the water tanks)to wash egg trays, if the egg trays are too dirty, can add soda/detergent into the first water tank directly to clean, the third is home temperature to rinse it. We can also design the drying part to blow the big drops of water which can remove most of moisture, if you need.

▶ The cleaning process consists of three stages

Pre-washing, main washing, and rinsing. Egg trays to be cleaned are fed into the washing channel from the inlet, where high-pressure nozzles spray them from multiple angles to thoroughly remove grease and residues. Wastewater is separated and recycled through a filtration system, while debris is automatically discharged. The rinsing section uses room temperature water to completely eliminate cleaning agents, ensuring the egg trays are clean and hygienic.

It utilizes a combination of hot water at 70–80°C and high-pressure spray jets to efficiently dissolve and flush away organic contaminants such as egg residue, feces, and feathers. Furthermore, the machine can be custom-designed to automatically separate trays for individual cleaning, followed by re-stacking after washing.
