Pressure steam cabinets are devices that use high-temperature, high-pressure steam to rapidly cook food or sterilize items. They are widely used in the catering industry, food processing, and some medical applications. Compared to conventional steam cabinets, they are upgraded with a sealed, pressurized structure that allows the steam temperature to exceed 100°C, thereby significantly improving heating efficiency.
The core working principle of a pressure steam cabinet is:
Heating water in a sealed space to generate steam → increasing internal pressure → raising the steam temperature → achieving rapid steaming
At the same time, when steam comes into contact with food, it condenses and releases a large amount of heat, making this method of heat transfer highly efficient. Its principle is similar to autoclave sterilization.
