For a procurement team, this is the difference between buying a machine and buying a workable process.
A practical order of review works well: confirm product suitability first, then test washing performance, then check hygiene design, then verify line matching, and only after that compare price and delivery. That sequence keeps cheap mistakes from becoming expensive installations.
